Paint Protection Film (PPF)
A virtually invisible barrier that takes the damage so your paint doesn't have to.
The Service
What Is Paint Protection Film?
Paint Protection Film is a urethane film applied directly to painted surfaces. It absorbs and disperses impact energy from rock chips, road debris, bug acids, and minor abrasions. Modern PPF is self-healing, light scratches disappear with exposure to heat.

Why It Matters
Key Benefits
Impact Resistance
Deflects rock chips, gravel impact, and road debris that would otherwise penetrate the clear coat.
Self-Healing Technology
Thermoplastic urethane film heals light surface scratches when exposed to heat, sun or warm water.
UV Protection
Blocks UV radiation that causes paint oxidation and color fade over time.
Preserves Resale Value
Factory paint in original condition is a measurable asset at sale or inspection.
Our Process
How It's Installed
PPF installation is precision work, every edge wrapped, every seam invisible.
Consultation
We assess your coverage goals and vehicle usage to recommend the right coverage level, full front, partial, or full body.
Paint Prep
The surface is washed, clayed, and inspected. Any pre-existing chips are documented before film application.
Pattern Cutting
Film is plotted and cut using precision digital templates matched to your exact vehicle make, model, and year.
Application
Film is applied using a wet installation method with squeegee technique to eliminate bubbles and lifted edges.
Cure & Inspection
The vehicle cures for 24–48 hours. A final inspection under lighting confirms every edge and seam before delivery.
Is It Right For You?
Who Should Get PPF?
PPF is the right choice if you drive on highways, gravel roads, or in conditions that expose the front end to debris. It's particularly valuable on new vehicles, freshly painted panels, or high-value cars where paint condition directly impacts resale.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Common Questions
Frequently Asked
How long does PPF last?
Quality PPF carries a 5–10 year manufacturer warranty when installed correctly. Longevity depends on film quality, installation, and maintenance.
Can PPF be removed?
Yes. PPF is fully removable without damaging the factory paint underneath, provided the paint was in good condition at the time of application.
Is PPF visible?
Modern PPF is optically clear. Gloss PPF is virtually invisible. Matte PPF is available to match matte paint finishes.
Can I wash my car normally after PPF?
Yes, after a 7-day cure period. Hand washing with pH-neutral shampoo is ideal. Avoid directing high-pressure water at film edges, skip automatic tunnel washes with spinning brushes, and wait two weeks before using a pressure washer.
Should I get ceramic coating on top of PPF?
Yes, ceramic on top of PPF adds hydrophobic properties, makes maintenance easier, and adds chemical resistance.
Long Island Expertise
SERVING LONG ISLAND
Long Island roads are relentless on front-end paint. The LIE, Northern State Parkway, and Sunrise Highway generate a constant stream of gravel, road debris, and highway sand, especially in the stretch between Ronkonkoma and the city. Every mile puts chips in unprotected paint. Our PPF installations are engineered for the specific wear patterns Long Island drivers see: high-speed highway impact on hoods, bumpers, and mirrors, plus door-edge exposure from tight parking on the Island's narrow lots.
Nassau and Suffolk County drivers have been the core of our client base since day one. From Huntington to Patchogue, from Melville commuters to Hauppauge fleet managers, we understand what Long Island does to a car. Our Ronkonkoma studio is centrally located for customers throughout both counties, most PPF installs are completed same-day or overnight so you're not without your vehicle.
